Waterview I Metropolitan District

Waterview Metropolitan District assesses an annual Operations & Maintenance (O&M) fee of $150 to every property owner that covers common space maintenance, legal fees, insurance premiums for the District, covenant enforcement, management & accounting, the annual financial audit, and electricity for streetlights.

These invoices are generated and emailed or mailed in December each year and there is currently no portal available for these payments. If you do not receive your annual invoice, please Contact Us.
